Return & Exchange Policy

1. Product appearance

Corpus Flow makes every effort to display product colours, shapes, sizes and details as accurately as possible. However, the actual colour, shape or appearance of the products may slightly differ from what is shown on screen due to monitor settings, lighting, photography and device display differences.

2. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day you, or a person chosen by you, receives the goods.

Your message must clearly state that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. You may use our return form, but it is not mandatory.

3. Return conditions

Returned products must be:

  • unused, unworn and unwashed;
  • undamaged;
  • in their original packaging;
  • with all labels, tags, seals and accessories included;
  • returned as a complete set if the product consists of multiple parts.

You may inspect the product in the same way as you would reasonably inspect it in a physical store. However, you may be responsible for any loss in value if the product has been handled more than necessary to check its nature, characteristics or fit.

4. Hygiene-sensitive products

For health protection and hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned once their sealed packaging has been opened or removed.

This applies to:

  • socks;
  • compression socks;
  • jewellery;
  • charms;
  • hoops;
  • accessories that come into direct contact with the body.

These products can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and still in their original sealed packaging.

This does not affect your legal rights if the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

5. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number, a short description of the issue and clear photos of the product and packaging.

If the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will offer a replacement, repair, refund or another solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

6. Return shipping costs

For eligible returns within the 14-day withdrawal period, Corpus Flow will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Once your return request is approved, we will send you return instructions and, where available, a prepaid return label.

Customers must use the return method and label provided by Corpus Flow. If a customer chooses to return the item using their own shipping method without our prior approval, Corpus Flow is not responsible for those shipping costs or for items lost in transit.

If the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, Corpus Flow will cover the return shipping cost in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever comes first.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

If you withdraw from the full order, we will refund the product price and the standard delivery cost. Additional costs, such as express shipping or upgraded delivery options, are not refundable.

For eligible returns, Corpus Flow will provide a prepaid return shipping label. No separate return shipping refund will be issued if the customer chooses to use their own shipping method without prior approval from Corpus Flow.

8. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour or model, please contact us at:

Exchanges are only possible if the item meets the return conditions above and, where applicable, the sealed packaging has not been opened.

9. Proof of purchase

To return or exchange an item, you must provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation, invoice or receipt.

10. Sale and promotional items

Items purchased during a sale or promotion may be returned under the same conditions as full-price items, unless a legal exception applies, such as hygiene-sensitive products with opened or removed sealed packaging.
