Compression socks may not be suitable for everyone. If you have a medical condition, circulation issues, diabetes, skin sensitivity, swelling, pain, or if you are pregnant or unsure whether compression socks are suitable for you, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.

You are responsible for using the products safely and following any product care or usage instructions provided.

6. Prices and Payments

All prices are displayed in EUR, unless stated otherwise.

Prices may include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs, taxes or duties may be calculated and shown at checkout before you place your order.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Payment must be completed at checkout using one of the available payment methods.

7. Orders and Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms that we have received your order, but it does not guarantee acceptance if there is an error, stock issue, payment issue or suspected fraud.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:

• the product is unavailable;
• the payment cannot be processed;
• the order information is incorrect or incomplete;
• there is an obvious pricing or product information error;

If we cancel your order after payment has been made, we will refund the amount paid.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location, carrier delays, customs processing or circumstances outside our control.

Any delivery restrictions, shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be shown before checkout where applicable.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

9. Returns, Exchanges and Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. This right usually starts from the day you, or a person chosen by you, receives the goods. EU rules require sellers to provide clear information about withdrawal rights, delivery arrangements and return conditions before purchase.

Returned products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, in their original packaging, and returned with all labels, tags, seals and accessories included.

For health protection and hygiene reasons, socks, compression socks, jewellery, hoops, charms and accessories that come into direct contact with the body cannot be returned once their sealed packaging has been opened or removed, unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

For eligible returns, Corpus Flow will provide return instructions and, where available, a prepaid return shipping label.

If you withdraw from the full order within the legal withdrawal period, we will refund the product price and the standard delivery cost. Additional costs, such as express shipping or upgraded delivery options, are not refundable.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever comes first.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

This does not affect your legal rights if the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

10. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at support@corpusflow.com.

Please include your order number, a short description of the issue and clear photos of the product and packaging.

If the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will offer a replacement, repair, refund or another solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

11. Product Care

Customers are responsible for following any care instructions provided with the products.

We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect washing, drying, handling, storage, misuse, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions.

12. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, discounts and special offers may be subject to additional terms, including expiry dates, product exclusions or minimum order values.

Discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively to orders that have already been placed.

Items purchased during a sale or promotion are subject to the same statutory consumer rights as full-price items, unless a legal exception applies.
