1. Order Processing
All orders are processed after payment has been successfully received.
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1-7 days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During busy periods, launches, sales or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Locations
Corpus Flow ships to the countries available at checkout.
If your country is not available at checkout, we are currently unable to ship to your location.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you place your order.
The final shipping cost may depend on your delivery country, selected shipping method and order value.
If free shipping is available, the conditions for free shipping will be clearly shown on the website or at checkout.
4. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout where available.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination, courier service, customs processing, public holidays, carrier delays or circumstances outside our control.
Corpus Flow is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services once the order has been dispatched.
5. Delivery Address
Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order.
Corpus Flow is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt or failure to collect the parcel, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping costs may apply.
6. Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking information by email after your order has been dispatched.
Please allow some time for tracking details to update after receiving the shipping confirmation.
7. Customs, Taxes and Duties
For orders shipped within the European Union, VAT may be included where applicable.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, taxes or other charges applied by your local authorities.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Corpus Flow is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
8. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If a parcel is confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will offer a replacement, refund or another suitable solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
9. Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at:

- photos of the damaged parcel;
- photos of the damaged item;
- photos of the shipping label, if possible.
This helps us investigate the issue and arrange the right solution.
10. Returns and Return Shipping
For eligible returns within the 14-day withdrawal period, Corpus Flow will provide return instructions and, where available, a prepaid return shipping label.
Customers must use the return method and label provided by Corpus Flow. If a customer returns an item using their own shipping method without our prior approval, Corpus Flow is not responsible for those shipping costs or for items lost in transit.
If you withdraw from your full order within the legal withdrawal period, we will refund the product price and the standard delivery cost. Additional delivery costs, such as express shipping or upgraded delivery options, are not refundable.
